Scan the QR Code to get the app
Once you have downloaded the app open it up. You will need to allow all the permissions that it asks for in order for the app to work correctly.
When the app is loaded, you'll see a login page. If you have been provided a separate QR code from your IT team you can use the scan icon to setup your phone here. Otherwise enter your provided username and password.
Once logged in you'll then see the ThinkSwift web page, please hit agree at the bottom of the app and then it will open to the familiar looking dial screen.
You'll see at the top right your extension number, if you click on it will say ready or registered.
You should then be able to make and receive calls.
